My published contact address is Lodge Farm Dog Park, Crowland Rd, Thorney, Peterborough PE6 0PB. This is my contact location, not a statement that it is the company's registered office.

The enquiry form asks for your name, phone number, email, animal's name and animal/breed. You can also share care needs in the optional box. Please don't include passwords, payment details or sensitive information about yourself or another person.

If you contact me by email, phone or WhatsApp, I also receive what you choose to share in that conversation. Website hosting providers may process technical information such as your IP address, device details and requests to keep the website running securely.

I use your contact details and enquiry to reply, discuss the care you need and take steps towards a booking at your request. My lawful basis for this is taking steps before entering a contract, and performing a contract when you book.

Where necessary, I may use information to keep records, resolve a complaint or protect the website and my business. The lawful basis is my legitimate interest in managing enquiries and keeping the service secure, balanced against your rights. Where the law requires records, the basis is a legal obligation.

The required form fields help me respond to your enquiry. If you don't want to use the form, you can email or call me instead. Sending an enquiry isn't a booking or consent to marketing. I don't use this form for automated decisions or profiling.

The form sends your details to my website server for storage in Lovable Cloud. It also opens WhatsApp with those details in a ready-made message. That link contains your enquiry text; WhatsApp may receive the link information when opened. The message only reaches my WhatsApp chat when you press Send there.

My website hosting and storage providers process information to operate the website. WhatsApp, Google and the social websites you choose to visit handle information under their own privacy notices. I may also need to share relevant information where required by law or to deal with a legal claim.

Some providers operate internationally. Their notices explain their processing locations and transfer arrangements: Lovable privacy notice, WhatsApp privacy notice and Google privacy notice.

My policy for enquiries that don't become bookings is to delete them 12 months after the last contact. Booking, payment or complaint records may need to be kept longer where necessary for the service, legal obligations or a dispute. This website doesn't automatically track the last contact or delete enquiries; this policy needs to be applied to the records I keep.

You can contact me to ask about an enquiry or request its deletion. Removing a website record doesn't remove copies held in your own email or WhatsApp account.

Depending on the circumstances, you can ask for access to your information, correction, deletion, restriction of use or a portable copy. You can object to uses based on legitimate interests. If processing relies on consent, you can withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful use.

Email me with your request. I may need to check your identity, and I normally respond within one month. Some rights have exceptions, for example where a record must be kept by law.
